The recent appeal in the High Court is only going to delay the resolution of future the ILF. This is hard for people at transition that can no longer apply for ILF.
The recent Scottish Government consultation on the future of the ILF in Scotland will now doubt by put into long grass until matters are resolved at Westminster.
